Pneumatic/hydraulic pressure intensifier

The pressure intensifier has automatic ventilation and leakage oil compensation, and an integrated high pressure cylinder. The effective feed volume is larger than the possible volume of the high pressure cylinder. The intensifier volume is activated as soon as the feed volume is effective. The alternating operation ventilates the oil volume and compensates for any leakage. The low pressure piston is screwed to the piston rod. This has a bore with a traction spring at one end, while the other end is connected to the cylinder end section.
