The IC (10) includes an input (1), an output (2) and a capacitor (3) connected to an analog-digital converter (4). The converter is controlled by a clock CLK (5). Eight threshold detectors (30-37) are connected to the digital output of the converter. The detectors are connected to AND gates (16-23). The gate outputs are connected to current generators.
