PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and enable the aged to use without difficulty by erecting a stick part to be held by the hands in stretching on a foot mount. SOLUTION: A foot mount 20 is formed into an approximately trapezoidal shape and patterns 25 of foot soles are drawn on its inclined surface 23. Parts of the patterns 25 are drawn to a projection part 24 and an upper surface 21 so as to express the position of the feet. A stick part 10 formed by joining a plurality of pipes into a finishing rod so as to adjust its length is erected on the upper surface. A handle 11 is provided in the tip of the stick 10. The stick part 10 is set to be detachable by a screw, etc. The inclined angle of the inclined part 23 is set to approximately 42 deg. to the bottom face 22. A user adjust the length of the stick part 10 according to his/her height, holds the handle 1, rides on the patterns 25 on the inclined surface 23, and stretches the body. This constitution can provide a stable stretch. |
