摘要 |
A test body for measuring the vibration effect on car seats consists of a seating form (1) and back from (2) of upholstery (7) on a hard frame (3,4), corresponding to the pelvis and thigh of the human skeleton, with a life-like loading on the seat. The upholstery is similar to the human form in thickness, strength, elasticity and damping ratio, as well as in distribution across the seating and back areas. A passive ballast formed from multiple weights placed in the seat form or on ledges in the back adjusts the test body to the desired sitting weight. The angle between the back and the seat can be adjusted across a limited space. The body can also be stretched. Vibration test results are thus qualitatively comparable across the whole spectral range with similar tests on a human being.
