The layered heat exchanger consisting of metal is characterised by the fact that a surface, in particular, an outer surface of this heat exchanger is at least partially covered with a sacrificial metal layer. The exchanger comprises several tubular elements (3) having two tanks (13) at one end and contains a heat exchange medium (14). Two moulded panels (6) are formed by their connection. Several fins (2) are located along with the tubular elements in an alternating fashion.
