PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment equipment having the phosphorus removal rate higher than heretofore available. SOLUTION: An elution device D is incorporated into a combined treatment purification tank and provided with an elution tank 39 and iron electrodes 40 and 41. Iron ions to react with phosphoric acid by electrolysis are eluted by the electrodes 40 and 41. Also the purification tank is provided with a supply pipe 50 for supplying waste water in the elution device D into a biolofilm filter tank 10. Waste water is supplied from the elution device D into the biolofilm filter tank 10 through the supply pipe 50. Also the purification tank is provided with a transfer pipe 51 and a transfer pump 52 for transferring waste water which is transferred from the elution device D into the biolofilm filter tank 10, to the elution device D in the purification tank. Treated water is circulated between the elution device D and the biolofilm filter tank 10 by the constitution.
