PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system with which electronic conference information mixing still pictures, moving images and sounds can be recorded as one reproducible file containing the proceedings of the conference in a satisfactory state and the still pictures, moving images and sounds corresponding to respective materials can be individually taken out of that file. SOLUTION: The still picture data provided from materials presented from conference participants id0 , id1 ..., moving image data and sound data or speaking voice data provided from these inaterials are respectively recorded in a prescribed still picture format, prescribed moving image format and prescribed sound format. Besides, these data are recorded while respectively adding time information showing time for which the still picture, moving image and sound are let appear or reproduced on a screen and further, the still picture data and moving image data are recorded while respectively adding relative position information showing relative positions on the screen. |
