PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a zinc phosphate-treated steel sheet for lamination by which the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the conventional phosphated steel sheet for polymer film lamination are remarkably improved. SOLUTION: A zinc phosphate film at 0.2-1.2g/m<2> and a chromate film at 3-50mg/m<2> are successively formed on a hot dip galvanized steel sheet. In this case, the zinc phosphate film has an island part not coated with the zinc phosphate film and having 30μm to 1mm breadth and length, the total surface area of the parts not coated with the zinc phosphate film is 5-70% of the surface area of the steel sheet, and the film adhesion and the film-laminated corrosion resistance are excellent.
