PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uniform quality free from the dispersion of a polishing function, by adhering and combining a resin film having the hardness different from that of an urethan resin film a vertical foam structure, within a specific hardness range, onto the urethane resin film by an adhesive. SOLUTION: An urethane resin film of a vertical foam structure, is manufactured by uniformly coating one face of a flat sheet base such as the film, filament woven fabric or the like, with the urethane resin liquid, solidifying the same by a wet solidification method, removing the solvent, and buffing the same after drying. A resin film 3 is composed of the natural or synthetic resin such as an acryl resin, an urethane resin, the natural rubber. The resin film 3 has the hardness different from that of the urethane resin film 1, within a range of not less than 3 and not more than 15 by Shore hardness. The resin film 3 is pressed and bonded to the urethane resin film 1 to obtain the polishing cloth. Whereby the uniform and stabilized polishing effect can be obtained because the dispersion of the physical properties such as the thickness, hardness, compressibility, or the like, of the polishing cloth is small, and the vertical foam structure is homogeneous. |
