A fastener comprises a strap (7) integrally formed with a strap locking head (4) which contains a passage (10) through which the strap can pass and be retained by ratchet action between teeth (9) on the strap (7) and an engagement element (12) of the head (4), the passage (10) having a deflectable wall (14) opposite the engagement element (12) so that the strap can be urged to deflect that wall (14) to disengage the engagement element (12) to allow removal of the strap (7) from the passage (10). |
