<p>A flat metal sheet 20 is connected to component 10 by means of a nut 18 which is held by parts 24,28,26 pressed out of the plane of the flat sheet 20, and which is engaged by a screw 12 extending through a hole in the component 10. The screw axis lies in the plane of the flat sheet 20, but the screw 12 may lie wholly on one side of the sheet 20. The extent of the displacement of the parts 24,28,26 is limited to less than the transverse dimensions of the nut 18, so that the slot between the parts 24,26 holds the nut 18. The part 28 holds the nut 18 against rotation.</p> |
