PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling built-in type air conditioner having a structure in which an electronic component box is temporarily fixed inside the main body of the air conditioner under a packaged state and fixed outside the main body when it is installed. SOLUTION: A side wall 1a of a main body is formed with an opening 1b into which an outer frame of an electrical component box 10. A peripheral edge of the opening 1b is formed with a first threaded hole 1c for use in threadably fitting a screw 11 and a first threaded hole 1d for use in inserting a screw 12. An inner lid 10a is installed inside the electrical component box 10. An outer circumference of the inner lid 10a is provided with a second threaded hole 10d corresponding to the first threaded hole 1c. The outer frame 10c of the electrical component box 10 is inserted into the opening 1b. An outer lid 10b having a second threaded hole 10e corresponding to the first threaded hole 1c is installed outside the electrical component box 10. The electrical component box 10 is inserted into the main body, a screw is inserted into the second threaded hole of the outer lid 10b, the screw 11 is threadably fitted to the side wall 1a and temporarily fixed there. After the main body is installed, the electrical component box 10 is transferred to an outside part of the opening 1b of the side wall 1a. A screw 12 is inserted into the first threaded hole 1d, the screw 12 is threadably fitted to the second threaded hole 10d of the inner lid 10a of the electrical component box 10 and then the electrical component box 10 is fixed to the side wall 1a. |
