Novel remedies for peripheral circulation disturbances. Specifically, drug compositions comprising benzopyran or benzoxazine derivatives represented by general formula (1) and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl, or alternatively R1 may be a single bond directly bonded to Q or R11; R2 is optionally substituted amino, a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group, A-O- or -C(=X)Y; Q is =N-, N<+>-O<->, or C(R11)R12; R3 and R4 are each hydrogen, lower alkyl optionally substituted with halogeno or lower alkoxy, or the like; and R5 and R6 are each hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, lower haloalkyl or the like.
