PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position an IC card so that the deviation value of a coil position can be in an optimal range within several mm. SOLUTION: At the time of positioning a coil 2 of an approximity non-contact IC card 31 so that it can be faced to a terminal side coil 1 arranged in a carrying path 30 for carrying the approximity non-contact IC card 31, a carrier wave is oscillated, and a magnetic field is generated in the terminal side coil in the terminal, and when the coil 2 of the approximity non-contact IC card 31 approaches the terminal side coil 1, the inter-terminal voltage of the terminal side coil 1 generated by the magnetic field is measured, and the change of the inter-terminal voltage generated due to the deviation value of each coil is detected. Then, the deviation value of positioning is calculated according to this change, and the carriage driving part of the approximity non-contact IC card 31 is controlled according to the deviation value so that the approximity non-contact IC card 31 can be positioned within the allowable range of the deviation value of the IC card. |
