<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute measurement by means of min. light irradiation by automatically and quickly adjusting the amplification rate of an image pickup unit. SOLUTION: A system control part 67 judges the input of a signal for tracking starting from a switch 8, converts the signal of one-dimensional CCD 62 digitally, judges whether or not the value of the signal from the outside of a vein is in a favorable level at the time of heightening the power of tracking light to be irradiated to an inspected eye E and applies a voltage required for optimizing the signal level of a vein image on an image intensifier 61 so as to permit it to be between setting values unless the value is not in the favorable level. When the value of the signal from the outside of the vein, a command for heightening the power of tracking light to setting power which is necessary for surely executing tracking is outputted from the system control part 67 to a driving power source 73 and a tracking start signal is outputted from the system control part 67 to a control circuit 71 in this state.</p> |
