PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice cake for nutrient supply easy to eat because of its fine aftertaste so as to sufficiently ingest nutrients such as iron and vitamin A without feeling the taste peculiar for nutrients. SOLUTION: Concerning the ice cake for nutrition supply containing nutrients more than one kind selected from the group consisting of iron more than 4mg/100g, vitamin A more than 600IU/100g, vitamin B1 more than 0.3mg/100g, vitamin B2 more than 0.4mg/100g, vitamin D more than 30IU/100g and vitamin E more than 3mg/100g, the peripheral surface of 1st ice cake layer, for which a fusing point is set from -25 to -10 deg.C, is covered with a 2nd ice cake layer, for which a fusing point is set from -5 to 0 deg.C, without practically containing these nutrients. |
