<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provisional fastening structure of a pipe fitting easily molded, which can protect the greatest outside diameter part of a pipe fitting constituent member and can align them on one axial line. SOLUTION: Between a projection 8 and push ring 7 provided on a pipe or the body 2 of pipe fitting, a ring 14 for provisional fastening is interposed consisting of two sorts of ribs 17 and 18 are furnished which are protruded inward in positions a certain distance apart from each other for securing a specified margin for fastening and a ring-shaped member 15 to be joined with the peripheral surface of the projection 8 and push ring 7, and then the ring 14, push ring 7, and a rubber packing 6 are provisionally fastened to the pipe or the body 2 of pipe fitting consolidatedly. The ribs 17 and 18 are of two sorts, longer and shorter, and arranged in a ring form, wherein the shorter ones 17 are dislocated from the longer ones 18 in the circumferential direction so that they are not overlapped when viewed in the pipe inserting direction. The ring-shaped member 15 may have a step at a part about the circumferential direction or over the whole circumference.</p> |
