PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally process images even when a paper size and an image size are not coincident, by operating a magnification so that images can be printed properly to a paper when the paper size is different from the image size, and enlarging or reducing image data on the basis of magnification data. SOLUTION: A transmission permission signal for image data is sent to an image-processing apparatus which sends an order for printing, copying (step 10). When a paper size and an image size do not agree, a suitable magnification is operated from the paper size and image size (step 18). A signal indicating a size disagreement (step 19) and magnification data are sent to the image- processing apparatus. When the paper size stored in a printer part is different from the paper size (image size) indicated by the image-processing apparatus, the image-processing apparatus sends again image data enlarged or reduced on the basis of the operated magnification data. |
