<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively display an optional chemical formula in plural different notation configurations in a display device that shows a chemical formula. SOLUTION: In chemical mode processing, when an optional chemical formula '2H2 +O2 ' is inputted and shown on a liquid crystal displaying part 13, and when 'reaction' 21b, 'heat force' 21c, 'molecule' 21d and 'operation' 21e of chemical menus which are shown together are successively touched and selected, a reaction formula '2H2 +O2→2H2 O', a thermal chemical formula '2H2 +O2 =2H2 O+52kal', molecule representation data '2H2 +O2 H-O-H' and atomic weight operation data '2H2 +O2 =2H2 O2(1)2 +(16)2 =2(18)' which correspond to the input chemical formula '2H2 +O2 ' are successively retrieved and shown based on element combination ROM and chemical formula ROM. Therefore, a reaction formula and a thermal chemical formula in a different notation configuration which correspond to an optional chemical formula that is inputted by a user are selectively shown through a simple operation.</p> |
