<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high temperature hot water from spouting and a burn from being suffered by providing an abnormal temperature detection sensor to detect wash water temperature, and prohibiting the operation of a pump when a detected temperature level is equal to or above the preset value, regarding an appliance for spouting wash water from a nozzle on the operation of a pump communicated and connected to a water storage part. SOLUTION: At the time of use, wash water in a water storage tank is preliminarily heated to a pertinent temperature level on the operation of a heater H, and an operation switch is turned on to operate a pump P. In this case, a nozzle 4 is held on a nozzle mounting part 9 at the valve open position of a lever 44, and cold water contained in a hose 5 and the nozzle 4 is discharged to the water storage tank 10 from the blow hole of the nozzle 4. Then, the lever 44 is pulled after lifting the nozzle 4 for stopping water discharge. Thereafter, the lever 44 is pulled for spouting hot water.
