A drying unit to remove moisture from the breathing air of hydraulic brake systems, especially in private cars and commercial vehicles, involves passing air in a flow or by suction, through an assembly having a chamber (3) screwed to a brake fluid container (10). The air for drying passes through a breathing hole (1) into the chamber (3), filled with a desiccator (2), preferably a molecular ceramic sieve mixed with a blue gel absorbency level indicator. The air is dried by flowing through the sieve base (4) into the brake fluid container (10).
