PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel radiation-curable resin compsn. which is excellent in adhesion to a substrate and can form a cured film maintaining the adhesion even at high temp. and humidity by compounding a water-insoluble N- vinyllactam copolymer having a specified content of N-vinyllactam-derived repeating units and a specified wt. average mol.wt. with a reactive diluent. SOLUTION: The N-vinyllactam copolymer is obtd. by copolymerizing an N-vinyllactam compd. and a comonomer copolymerizable therewith. N- vinylpyrrolidone is pref. as the N-vinyllactam compd., and the comonomer is selected from amongα-olefins, vinylarom. compds., (meth)acrylates represented by the formula (wherein R<1> is H or methyl; R<2> is a 2-6C alkylene; R<3> is H or a 1-12C alkyl; and (m) is 0-12), etc. The copolymer contains 15-80wt.% repeating units derived from the N-vinyllactam compd., has a wt. average mol.wt. of 10,000 or higher, and is water-insoluble.
