摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method to cover the metal, the metallic oxide or the metal alloy on a surface of the solid polymer electrolyte or other ion conductive polymer. SOLUTION: In a method to manufacture an ion conductive film provided with a thin metal or metallic oxide film, the ion conductive film is exposed to the electron beam of low energy under the reduced pressure condition to clean the surface of the film, and the cleaned film is exposed to the high energy beam containing the ion of the metal to be precipitated under the reduced pressure to form the metallic film. The metallic film structure and a fuel cell including the structure therein are obtained by this method.
