摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the peripheral velocity of a rotor and to realize small and satisfactory communication at high speed. SOLUTION: A ring-like optical transmission line 6 is arranged at the periphery of the rotor which can freely rotate with a center shaft as a rotary shaft along the periphery. A projector 8 transmits a light signal to the line 6 along the length direction of the line 6. A light receiver 16 is provided at a position away from the projector 8 at the outer peripheral face of the line 6. A coarse face 18 as a scattering means is provided at the periphery of the line 6 facing the light receiver 16 across the line 6.
