PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the speed of generation of a large quantity of documents, the easiness of retrieval, and the accuracy to perform an efficient processing up to the completion of approval by taking in business data conforming to a format by an electronic business transaction statement. SOLUTION: A portable terminal machine 1 is used in a destination or the like to display a business transaction statement on the screen of an LCD 13. A touch panel 14 of the terminal machine 1 is used to manually sign after business transaction contents are confirmed by a customer, and complementary approval means are additionally inputted through input devices 2 to 4 if required. The manual signature or the like and complementary approval means are enciphered to generate an electronic key A, and an electronic key B is generated by proper selection of business transaction data, the manual signature or the like, and complementary approval means. After business transaction data, the manual signature or the like, and complementary approval means are synthesized, enciphered, and sealed up, they are stored as the business transaction statement. The sealed-up business transaction statement is opened only by an operation using the electronic key A or B and can be subjected to post- processing, correction and cancel processing, etc. |
