<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the movement of a magnetic tape without damaging the magnetic tape. SOLUTION: A shaft part 7, a rotatable rotary roller part 8 formed around this shaft part 7 and a flanged guide part 3 consisting of upper and lower flanges 9 and 10 fixed to upper and lower parts of the shaft part 7 are supported by a 1st guide supporting part 4. When a magnetic tape 11 is moved, for instance in the upward vertical direction to the normal traveling direction, and reaction force against the upper flange 9 is less than a prescribed value, the 1st and 2nd guide supporting parts 4 and 4' are pulled by 1st and 2nd spring parts 6 and 6', and pin parts 4a and 4b connecting up both supporting parts 4 and 4' are kept as they are in contact with recessed part 5a of a rail part 5 of a base member 2. When the reaction force of the magnetic tape 11 against the upper flange 9 exceeds the prescribed value, the pin part 4a is moved to an inclined part of the rail part 5, and the flanged guide part 3 is inclined.</p> |
