<p>PURPOSE: To improve the workability of winding up a prefabricated cable set on a cable drum. CONSTITUTION: A disc-like partition board for separating a core 22 of a cable drum 21 into a plurality of areas is installed on the core 22 of the cable drum 21. A base installation board 22 which has nearly the same diameter as the partition board is rotatably installed adjacently to the partition board. The base installation board 32 has a fitting section 31 which slidably fits in with a rail provided in an outer part of the partition board. On the base installation board 32, a clamp receiver 28 is fixed and a plurality of antigradation bases 40 which have the same thickness as the clamp receiver 28 are radially secured. When winding up a prefabricated cable ream in the manufacturing line, winding-start ends of the second and later prefabricated cables are fixed at specified places by turning the base installation board 32 and then compression-type anchor clamps of the prefabricated cables are placed on the clamp base 28 and the winding-start ends are wound in the proper parts of the core 22. Due to the existence of the antigradation bases 40, the cables wound in the core 22 are prevented from being graded. The installation of the antigradation bases 40 is very easy.</p> |
