PURPOSE:To provide the excellent weatherproof photoenergy converter for practical use by a method wherein the characteristics of the film is improved so that the short wave length light may be effectively converted into long wave length light. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds or more organic fluorescent elements (for example, antraquinone base fluorescent element, perinon base fluorescent element and the like) are resolved into the polymer with nine or more resolving parameters (for example, polyester, polyamide and the like) to form the transparent polymer film. The absorbing spectra and the luminescent spectra of the said fluorescent substances shall be different from each other and each spectra shall be partly duplicated subject to each concentration exceeding 0.001wt%, the total concentration of the entire fluorescent substances not exceeding 3wt% and the total concentration of the mutually duplicated luminescent spectra and the absorbing exceeding 0.004wt%. This film is connected to the solar battery to make the photoenergy converter. |
