PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeat sampling of tisse specimen by aligning an electrical surgical excisional element along an axial longitudinal direction of a tubular main body having a main body orifice to receive the tissular specimen and allowing the excisional element to elongate and withdraw in the axial direction against the tubular main body. SOLUTION: Along the whole length of an outer wall 18 of a tube 12 equipped with a tubular orifice 14 of a probe 10 for a collection of a tissular specimen, a cutter channel is stretched in the axial direction and an electrically cauterizing cutter wire is stretched in the axial direction through the cutter channel. An actuator 27 is placed at the proximal end of the tube 12; within the housing 28 of the tube, a variable-speed electric motor is housed, and the tube 12 is selectively turned by actuating the motor. An electrically cauterizing generator is connected to the cutter wire by way of a lead wire 40 and is selectively energized or de-energized by means of electrically and surgically actuating switch 32. The cutter wire proceeds to the distal side by moving a cutter wire advancing slide knob 30 to the distal side. |
