PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation cost and to dispense with a wide installation place and to manufacture a product in a short time to reduce the cost thereof. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a lower mold 1 to which a trim main body 41 is set, an upper press mechanism part 2 having a pressure bonding mold body 13 providing cloth having a metal plate laminated on the rear surface thereof along the trim main body 41 to insert an engaging pawl element formed on the metal plate into a pawl through-hole part 49 provided in the trim main body 41 to protrude the same to the rear side and positioning the cloth on graining grooves 55a, 55b to allow the same to descent to a pressure bonding point and pressing the cloth to bond the same under pressure and a graining jig 14 allowing the cloth to further descend from the pressure bonding point to set the same to the graining grooves 55a, 55b and a pawl bending mechanism part 4 having a pawl bending jig for bending the engaging pawl element. |
