PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by installing a switch for driving an ultrasonic oscillator which closes a circuit by the retreat of a receiving part behind the receiving part. SOLUTION: A stapler 10 is constituted so that two rotation members 40, 50 which face each other and are connected rotatably by end parts mutually, an ultrasonic oscillator 2, and a horn part 3 having a machined surface 31 at its end part are provided, the rotation end part of member 40 is equipped with the oscillator 2 and the horn part 3, and a press surface 51A contacting the surface 31 is formed in the rotation end part of the member 50. In this case, near the rotation end part of the member 50, a receiving part 56 which is made to retreat freely by the urge of prescribed rotation force in the direction of the contact between the surface 31 and the surface 51A is located, behind the receiving part 56, a switch 53 for driving the oscillator 2 which closes a circuit by the retreat of the receiving part. Such constitution is adopted. |
