PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor material utilizing globefish bones capable of effectively utilizing the globefish bones abandoned without being utilized before and plentifully taking in the flavor and nutrition of globefish and the manufacture. SOLUTION: This flavor material utilizing the globefish bones is composed by heating the globefish bones left after cooking the globefish, then drying them and pulverizing them into powder.
