PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid bonding of a foreign matter to an adhesive resin layer and to facilitate positioning at the time of bonding a cover sheet to a transferred body by joining and laminating a protective layer formed of a thermoset elastomer shaping an emboss to a base material film. SOLUTION: A protective film 3 is obtained by bonding.laminating a thermoset elastomer to be a protective layer 2 which an embossed part 12 is shaped on a base material film 1. 'Joining≈expressed here is that a plurality of film-like bodies are uniformly come into contact with each other without bubbles or the like and a surface of an original film can be peeled off at an interface without being destroyed. Then, 'adhesion' means that any film or adhesive layer is destroyed to be peeled off when peeled. And the thermoset elastomer is a protective film 3 which the protective layer 2 is cured to be formed after shaping the embossed part 12 in an uncured state. Then, the thermoset elastomer is a silicon based resin.
