A gypsum-containing composition is characterised in that it contains 0.1 to 30 percent of a special fatty additive, in relation to the whole dry mixture. Also disclosed is the use of said compositions to produce gypsum products, plaster facing, plaster floor, knifing fillers, mounting glues and modelling masses.
