The device is used in charging devices for shaft furnaces, inparticular in blast furnaces. It improves the transmission offorces between the second rotor and the chute, reduces thepenetration of dust, flue gases, etc., and the basic mechanicalcomponents connected to the first or the second rotor can beeffectively cooled. The device has a chute (10) suspended to firstrotor (18) so that it may revolve and be in a position to swingaround a swinging axis (33). Second rotor (40) has a revolvingaxis coaxial to the axis of the first rotor (18). A ring-typejournal (38) swings around axis (36), perpendicular to thehorizontal axis of swinging (33) and is connected to chute (10) intwo places (34, 34') which are diametrically opposite to eachother in respect of axis (33). A guiding device (52) is controlledby the second rotor (40) and is in contact with journal (38) in noless than three points, and determines for it, in a coordinatesystem related to the second rotor (40), an inclined plane ofrevolutions forming an angle with a horizontal plane.11 claims, 4 figures
