The invention concerns a flask comprising a tubular body (2) having at one end a neck (3) that can be sealed and at the other a base (5) comprising a concave part (3) whose depth increases towards the base (5) centre where it attains its maximum depth. The body (2) has, at a predetermined distance from the base (5), a narrowing part (9) formed by a ring-shaped convexity projecting on the internal wall of the body (2). This flask can be used by a blood analyser comprising a straight-tipped injection and/or sampling needle.
