PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To additionally describe a comment when there is an opinion concerning a distributed document by transmitting the document while adding a comment writable recording part for each allowed user. SOLUTION: When a document distribution data list 31 is generated in the case of distributing a document 21, a 1st document distribution control part 4 transmits a document 21, document distribution data list 31 and comment recording part 41 secured by a comment recording part setting part 2 through a data processing system to the first allowed user based on the document distribution data list 31. When the comment is received, a distributed document receiving part 5 makes the comment recording part setting part 2 secure the comment recording part 41 and writes the comment in the comment recording part 41. When distributing the document 21 reproduced by the distribution document receiving part 5, a 2nd document distribution control part 7 transmits the document 21, reproduced document distribution data list 31 and comment recording part 41 secured by the comment recording part setting part 2. |
