PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a receiving speaker so as to be lockable at a proper position by enabling it to be shiftable and lockable stepwise, and passing an axial rod of an automobile headrest through the hole of an adapter, then having the speaker clamped tight. SOLUTION: An upper case 16 covers a speaker while it is joined with a lower case 15, making it rotatable on this lower case 15, and a position of an opening 19 opened to the upper case 16 after shifting the center is changed, and thus this case 16 is designed to properly alter the sounding direction of a speaker 5 in structure. The lower case 15 is inset in a movable supporting plate 13 and it is shiftable on a fixed supporting plate 13 stepwise. This fixed supporting plate 13 is provided with a hole with a groove so as to have an adapter 18 of material with resiliency inserted and locked. The adapter 18 is provided with three types so as to make the fixed supporting plate 13 lockable in adjusting the inner diameter 17 to the diameter of a shaft of a headrest. This adapter 18 inset with the shaft holds down the shaft with elastic force, thereby locking the fixed supporting plate 13 and the shaft tight enough. |
