PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the response characteristics of motor output torque so that a feeling of output shortage cannot be given to a driver when an automobile goes up a slope or drives a curved road lightly regarding a motor control device for electric automobile. SOLUTION: A motor control device for electric automobile sets the target output torque of a running motor 2 from the amount of acceleration operation and controls the output torque of the running motor 2 according to the set target output torque. The target output torque based on the amount of acceleration operation is increased and corrected under the output torque request condition of the running motor 2 from a road condition that is detected by a road condition detection means 12.
