摘要 FIELD: all industries including chemistry to produce mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: case has at its bottom three annular cavities and additional conical cavity in bottom part of case that communicates through annular slit, first annular cavity, and communication holes with second annular cavity formed by external surface of case and internal surface of shell and connected to one end of gas supply pipe whose other end is connected to nozzle space communicating with gas supply connection. Liquid supply connection is connected to third annular cavity formed by internal surface of upper part of case and external surface of nozzle; it communicates through holes in bushing with conical cavity. Gas supply controller mounts guide member installed for displacement and made in the form of two cylinders and two truncated cones. The latter are joined together through their large bases in plane located below nozzle end. Each of small bases of cone is joined to cylinder base. Bottom part of gas supply controller is built integral with vortex generator. Nozzle space communicates with conical cavity through annular gap formed by nozzle and guide member whose bottom part carries deflector mounted for displacement and made in the form of cylinder; it also carries perforated disk joined to cylinder. EFFECT: improved geometry of spray cone atomizing uniformly dispersed liquid of uniform density in sectional area in vicinity of sprayed zone. 1 dwgt
