PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a rotational rail in arbitrary direction and angle so as to stop at an arbitrary position by controlling the rotational direction and displacement of the rotational rail based on a count value by an output from a rotary encoder which is interlocked with the drive shaft of the rotary rail. SOLUTION: When a rotational rail is rotated to the right, a front traveling device 12 enters into the rotational rail 3 and stops at its central position, and then a panel 7 sends a requirement to a controller to rotate the rotational rail 3 to the right. Receiving the requirement, the controller inputs a stop value formed by adding a code showing the rotating direction to a count value of 90 deg. rotation in a controller for a rotary encoder 12 so that the counter of the rotary encoder 12 is reset. When a position where the rotary rail 3 forms a straight line with a storage rail 35 is set to a base point 0, a motor 9 with a brake starts to rotate in the right direction of the rotational rail 3, and the count value of the rotary encoder 12 reaches a stop value, the drive of the motor 9 with the brake is stopped. |
