ENDOSCOPIC KIT FOR LIGATION

An endoscopic kit for ligation which is capable of safely, surely and continuously performing ligation. The kit comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder having at least two bamboo-shoot steps at an outer periphery of a tip end thereof, and a sliding cylinder between the inner and outer cylinders. A notch is provided on the outer cylinder to extend from the tip end thereof to a maximum diameter portion thereof while a projection having a dimension and steps corresponding to those of the notch is provided on a tip end of the sliding cylinder to be fitted into the notch. O-rings are mounted on an outer periphery of a tip end of the inner cylinder and step portions of the outer cylinder. When a fluid is introduced into an annular space rearwardly of the sliding cylinder to move the sliding cylinder forward, the O-ring at the outer periphery of the tip end of the inner cylinder is caused to fall off the inner cylinder and the O-rings at the step portions of the outer cylinder are moved to one-step-ahead step portions.
