The device, which comprises a scraping unit (5, 6) and a nozzle system (10, 11, 12), is characterized in that the scraping unit (5, 6) and the nozzle system (10, 11, 12) are joined into one modular component, and the scraper (6) forms a cavity (10) that is sealed off from a scraper support (5).
