System for management and control of street lighting, with centralised information. It comprises a lower level with light-point units UPL accommodated in the lamp standards or in their supports, an intermediate level with lighting panel units, and an upper level with a remote control unit, each light-point unit UPL including a signal-adapting assembly with five outputs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, from which six wires exit which go to the various electrical components of each light point PL, the wire which goes from the fifth 5 of the said outputs establishing the connection to the earth network and, with the lighting network, forming a circuit for communication between the light-point unit UPL and the lighting-frame unit. <IMAGE>
