PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform protection of copyright normally by controlling a digital voice output and indicating that this one is recorded with a broadcasting signal as information of protection of copyright described in an audio interface standard when a digital broadcasting signal is received and coded data before decoding is recorded and reproduced. SOLUTION: A control section 10 selects whether a signal is a decoded signal of a broadcasting signal of a decoded signal of a reproduced signal, while reports the selected result to a digital voice output section 8. The digital voice output section 8 comprises a copyright data conversion section 8a, converts a decoded voice signal to a digital audio signal conforming to a digital audio interface standard and outputs it. The copyright data conversion section 8a converts copyright display bits in a channel status data in the digital audio interface standard and L bits indicating generation, and '0' and '1' are set respectively. L bits may be made '0' to make reproduction of the next generation impossible. |
