The arrangement involves one or more information banks forming a common information bank system. The information parts relatable to the moving pictures are integrated in the common information bank system. The system, communication connections and computer equipment are arranged to handle high-quality part information for the movable pictures so that the respective user through interactive effect with their corresponding computer or terminal equipment and the common information bank system obtains access to and possibly has the capacity to initiate the high-quality moving pictures on user or terminal equipment on the computer screen or other picture screen. |
