PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the instability of control even when control has to be executed under the control of an unsuitable control period. SOLUTION: A control period adjusting part 8 calculates an internal control period parameter shorter than a practical control period from an adjusting coefficient stored in an adjusting coefficient storing part 7 and changes the control period parameters of a parallel feedforward compensator(PFC) operation part 5, a normative model operation part 3 and a manipulated variable calculation part 4 to the calculated parameter. An internal period judging part 9 judges whether the output of a manipulated variable is on timing or not and a manipulated variable output part 6 outputs a manipulated variable from the calculation part 4 to a process to be controlled in accordance with the judged redult. Since PFC operation, normative model operation and the calculation of a manipulated variable are executed in each internal control period and only the output of the manipulated variable is executed at a practical control period, the instability of control can be evaded even when control has to be executed at an unsuitable control period. |
