The adjustor comprises a cam (9) in whose second rotation (F2) works first with a follower 11 via a second convexly arcuate cam path (BC). It is along this path that the follower is steadily moved closer to the axis (14) by the spring (18), by a small fraction of the radial distance from end point (B). During this the cam remains in place facing the follower re-set path in relation to the first rotation path (F1).
