Novelty of device lies in insertion of unit computing first time derivative of reflection coefficient in range of waves minimally dependent on quality of surface and correction unit of size of mechanical damage computing true value of area of mechanical damage. Device makes it possible to increase accuracy of sorting of fruit with form close to spherical.
