Lighting screen with parallel linear light sources in light-exit part

Light guides (8,8') and horizontally extending spacers (7,7') are alternately positioned in a frame (6) with a rear wall (10). The end (12) of each light guide has at least one linear lamp (9) positioned so that its longitudinal centre axis lies roughly in the centre plane of the light guide. The U-shaped cross-sectioned spacers between the light guides are identical. The light guides are made of transparent plastics with polished edges. The rectangular cross-section on the top and bottom side of the light guide forms a flat groove together with the light-entry part (13) and light-exit part (14). The sides of the adjacent spacers fit into the groove. The screen is mounted on a wheeled carriage which has two vertical guides on which are positioned height-adjustable slide blocks between which the frame (6) is rotatably held.
